Custom Transfers / Decals

We can print your custom design using our high quality (50 micron thin) self-adhesive vinyl. With only a minimum order quanitity of x4, this option is perfect for small one off bespoke items.

We can print using two methods, either our wide format digital solvent printer which is ideal for printing on white matte or white gloss materials, and great for large print runs. Stickers, decals, posters and banners… this machine can do it all.

We also offer Thermal resing transfer printing with deidcated spot colour foils rather than mixing CMYK to make up the colour. Resin inks have excellent UV stability, are waterproof and scratch resistance. In addition to longlasting, vibrant color, resin inks are ideal for creating decals and signs by printing directly onto high quality cast vinyl for outdoor use without lamination. Contact us.

Our waterslide transfers are printed using a silk screen process. Compared to digital printing, there is a lot more work involved using this over 100 year old printing method. The reason for this is we have to fit as many pieces of artwork onto one A4/A3/A2 sheet design then create seperate silk screens for each colour.

The process involves pressing ink through the screen one colour at a time and allowing to cure. First layer being one that has the adhesive properties, and the top coat, a varnish layer offering UV protection. The benefit of this is we can use Pantone colours to get a 100% colour match. Deep colour vibrancy and opacity makes it perfect alongside the ultra thin results. There is no product thinner and more traditional for decals.
