How can I pay?


We accept Visa/Mastercard payments, either by our secure orderline or you may phone between 9.00a.m. – 1.00p.m. Monday to Friday with details.  Alternatively you can pay by sterling cheque drawn on a British Bank.


“I have an Acrobat Reader on my computer but I still can’t open one of your catalogues.”


The catalogues on this site require Acrobat Reader 6 or above. You can check your version of Acrobat Reader by opening it and choosing ‘Help’ and then ‘About’ from the menu. If your version is less than 6, you’ll need to update to a newer version to view the catalogues.


“Some of the illustrations appear to have a coloured backgrounds?”


These are used when the graphic is white or any pale colour that would not show clearly on a white screen.
