SHIPPING

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch any order placed and paid for before 3:30pm the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), with orders placed after this time being dispatched the next working day. As some transfers are made in-house, during busy periods we may not be able to ship the same day you order. Any orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be sent on the following working day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email saying your order has been completed.

PROBLEMS OR DELAYS

If there are any problems or delays with your order we will notify you within 24 hours of the order being placed. Some of our stock is made to order, and in this case it may take longer to send your transfers. On some of the products listed on our website, there is a one week lead time mentioned. This is because we need to order in a select few of transfers from our counter-parts in Holland.

DELIVERY (UK)

We send our orders via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and 1st Class Signed For Delivery for all UK customers. Although we don’t gurantee this, most UK customers actually receive their order the next working day. If you would like to use a Royal Mail Special Delivery: Pre 9:00am or 1:00pm next working day, please call or email us so that we arrange this.

DELIVERY (EUROPE)

We send our orders via Royal Mail International Standard and International Tracked/Signed. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. According to Royal Mail, although deliveries usually take on average 3-5 working days, due to covid, some deliveries are taking much longer than this.

European customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation and commercial invoice only states the amount collected by classictransfers.co.uk, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

COURIERS

As we also supply orders to companies all over the world, many choose to arrange their own Courier to collect their order from our Office. Often this can be quicker than Royal Mail. If you wish to arrange your own Courier, please email or call us.
